We provide property inspection, decorating and cleaning services across the West Midlands. Specific service terms, pricing and timelines are agreed separately in writing for each booking.

3. Reviews

• You may submit a review only if it reflects your genuine experience.
• All reviews are moderated. We may reject or remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or appear to be spam or fake.
• By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it on this site.
• You retain the right to ask for your review to be removed at any time — email info@propertyshieldservices.co.uk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to bypass moderation, submitting automated traffic, or interfering with the security of the site.
