Review submissions: the name you provide, your rating, your comment, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to limit spam.
Direct contact: if you call or email us, we keep the message and contact details you share so we can respond.
Essential site cookies: a small flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To display approved reviews on the public website (your consent).
To prevent spam and abuse of the review form (legitimate interest).
To respond to enquiries and provide our services (contract / legitimate interest).

4. How long we keep it

Approved reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them. Rejected or unmoderated reviews are deleted within 90 days. Email and phone enquiries are kept for up to 2 years to allow follow-up.

5. Who has access

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by our hosting partner (Supabase, EU region) on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask us to:

Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete your review or other data ("right to erasure").
Object to processing or withdraw consent.
